Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Veetcuna collects, uses, stores, and protects information for users of its ERP, CRM, project management, CMS, restaurant, and related business management services.
1. Information We Collect
Veetcuna collects account information such as name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, tenant membership, and role permissions so users can securely access the platform.
When users create or manage CRM leads, tasks, files, quotations, campaigns, forms, or landing pages, Veetcuna stores the business information entered by authorized users in their workspace.
If a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, Veetcuna receives Google OAuth tokens and basic Google account information required to create, update, and cancel calendar events requested by that user.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide ERP, CRM, project management, CMS, restaurant, and related operational features to authorized teams.
Google Calendar access is used only to create, update, or delete calendar events that the user explicitly creates from Veetcuna CRM lead agenda workflows.
We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
3. Google API Services and Limited Use
Veetcuna uses Google APIs only to provide user-facing calendar functionality requested by the signed-in user.
Veetcuna's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google OAuth tokens are stored server-side and encrypted. Users can revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions or by contacting Veetcuna support.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
Veetcuna does not sell personal information or Google user data.
Information may be shared only with service providers that help operate the platform, when required by law, or with authorized members of the same customer workspace according to their permissions.
5. Data Security
Veetcuna uses authentication, tenant-scoped access controls, encrypted token storage, and permission-aware workflows to protect customer and user data.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect data using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Veetcuna retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Customers or users may request correction or deletion of personal data, subject to contractual, operational, and legal requirements.
7. Contact
